This newly created role is a unique opportunity to shape how we work. You'll collaborate across Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Enablement to deliver projects that improve the partner experience.

As our Operations & Project Management Specialist on the alliances team, you will:
  • Lead operational initiatives that improve the scalability, efficiency, and governance of Coveo's partner ecosystem.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned and initiatives are delivered successfully.
  • Support partner onboarding, activation, enablement logistics, governance reviews, and ongoing lifecycle activities.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to maintain reporting, dashboards, and key partner performance metrics.
  • Own internal communications, including the Alliances newsletter, Confluence space, Slack channel, and team documentation.
  • Drive AI-enabled process improvements, using tools like ChatGPT and Claude to automate reporting, streamline documentation, and increase alliances team efficiency.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, business operations, partnerships, or another cross-functional role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different teams.
  • Creative, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring fresh thinking to how the team operates.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently in an evolving environment.
What will make you stand out:
  • Experience working in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment, across global or multi-region teams. 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Confluence, or similar operational tools.
  • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to build efficient workflows.
  • Experience supporting partner, customer success, or go-to-market organizations.
  • Passion for building scalable processes and turning ambiguity into structure.
