The Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring trading activity and crypto transactions, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations between front and back-office systems. The role involves supporting operational platforms, driving process improvements, and providing administrative aid to the investment and operations teams, while ensuring the integrity of the trade life cycle.

Position Overview:
- Monitor trading activity and crypto transactions, reconciling between front and back-office systems
- Help maintain operational platforms such as custody providers, exchange accounts, and internal tools
- Drive process improvement initiatives to improve our day-to-day operations
- Provide administrative support to investment and operations teams
- Validate process and settle all periodic events to ensure the integrity of the entire trade life cycle.
- Perform position and cash reconciliations
- Monitoring T+0 trade capture exceptions
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Business Operations role at a crypto firm, hedge fund, VC, or similar
- Experience with processing crypto transactions using wallets, as well as on-exchange
- Demonstrated interest, activity, and engagement with the crypto ecosystem
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to execute under pressure and within tight timelines while juggling multiple projects
- Strong people skills, with a focus on collaboration and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and DocuSign
