Operations Analyst, Crypto

Your future role at QRT

The successful candidate will sit with the trading desk, combining traditional operations responsibilities with crypto-specific tasks.

This will include:

• Processing and reconciling crypto trades and asset movements
• Onboarding new exchanges, brokers and custodians, including completing KYC requirements
• Providing support to the trading desk as required
• Identifying inefficiencies in operational processes and proposing innovative solutions
• Using Python to automate tasks and optimise workflows (Python skills are not required and can be developed on the job)

Your present skillset

• Degree educated (Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field)
• 1-2 years operations experience within financial services
• Experience working with external service providers (Onboarding, KYC etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Driven and self-motivated to problem solve and work cross-collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Team-player
• Basic knowledge of Python or a willingness to learn
