About the role 

As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with both Investment and Operations teams, fostering seamless collaboration to drive efficiency and excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that every client receives an exceptional standard of service, supporting complex processes with precision, and contributing to the delivery of tailored solutions that strengthen long-term relationships and uphold the firm’s reputation for quality.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide administrative support to the Investment Management and Operations teams, including general administration, client communication, data production and analysis. 
  • Account onboarding, including system input, letter production, and client queries. 
  • Assisting with the coordination of transfers of accounts to/from other providers. 
  • Production of illustrations and product literature to support the Investment and Sales process. 
  • Preparation of reviews for Investment Manager Client meetings. 
  • All administration tasks, including general correspondence, telephone calls and client servicing. 
  • Daily reconciliation processing. 
  • Daily transaction reporting of market transactions to the FCA. 
  • Support other areas of the business as required. 

 
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 

  • Educated to degree standard (desirable). 
  • Experience gained within investment management, operations or Financial Services (essential). 
  • Experience with a CRM and Portfolio Management system. 
  • Excellent working knowledge of investments within admin and/or operations. 
  • Understanding of the Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with investment managers and clients. 
  • Ability to work to deadlines and excellent time management. 
  • Flexible attitude to work. 
  • Strong focus and attention to detail. 
  • Strong numerical skills.
