About Schroders
We’re a global investment manager. We help institutions, intermediaries and individuals around the world invest money to meet their goals, fulfil their ambitions, and prepare for the future.

We have around 6,000 people on six continents. And we’ve been around for over 200 years, but keep adapting as society and technology changes. What doesn’t change is our commitment to helping our clients, and society, prosper.

  • Enhance and streamline reporting processes, improving efficiency, accuracy and control
  • Collate and co-ordinate responses to RFPs and client queries, including producing presentation materials for client meetings
  • Present to clients on the Group’s operational risk framework, as required
  • Conduct thematic or targeted reviews to address emerging risks, issues or areas of focus
  • Oversee and manage the operational risk system and train/support business users to ensure effective adoption and data quality

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

  • Experience in wealth management or asset management, and/or risk management
    A proactive, delivery-focused approach

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive matters
  • Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Power BI

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that’ll help
