Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Digital Product Manager to join Clinics Team. We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives on autonomy and is ready to take full ownership of improving the Colleague Experience. As the driving force behind your squad, you'll have the independence to shape your strategy, make key decisions, and deliver impactful solutions, while collaborating with passionate and talented colleagues.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Defining the direction: developing a compelling vision, strategy and roadmap for your domain to deliver solutions that address emerging opportunities and long-standing issues.
- Leading with Impact: inspiring and guiding a cross-functional agile team to create innovative digital products that improve commercial outcomes and provide excellent user experiences.
- Owning your domain: taking full ownership of driving the Colleague Experience across all pre‑appointment, in‑appointment and post‑appointment journeys completed by Bupa’s administration and clinician teams.
- Bridge business and clinical expertise with technology: collaborating with Bupa's business and clinical teams to ensure products are rooted in business/commercial value and patient health outcomes.
- Delivering customer-centric solutions: championing the customer's voice, identifying pain points and creating solutions that help users access our services with simplicity and efficiency.
- Optimising with data: leveraging analytics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine customer journeys and deliver measurable impact.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Proven experience in Product Management: experience leading product squads in retail or related industries, with a track record of taking ownership from concept to delivery – desirable
- Vision and ownership: the ability to define a bold product strategy and take accountability for delivering measurable outcomes aligned with user needs and business goals.
- Collaborative mindset: a strong ability to foster collaboration across disciplines, from engineering to design, ensuring the success of your autonomous squad.
- Agility and adaptability: comfortable working in a complex environment, navigating challenges with agility while maintaining a customer-first focus.
- Data-driven decision making: proficiency in leveraging analytics and insights to prioritise effectively, optimise customer journeys, and inform strategic decisions.
- Centric approach: a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to champion their voice within your squad to create solutions that delight and drive value.
- Strong communication and influence: exceptional communication skills to articulate your vision, align stakeholders, and inspire your team to achieve ambitious goals.
- Innovation and curiosity: a passion for exploring cutting-edge technologies and staying ahead of trends to create products that redefine digital health.
