Job Description

We’re looking for an Operational and Client Relations Recruitment Lead to join our team. You will play a critical recruiting role in the operational support of a global talent acquisition team, besides working hands-on with complex requests and participating in the full cycle of recruitment when needed. This role will be responsible for effective communication with the clients, building long-term partnerships, and strengthening existing business relations. You will partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to plan, prioritize, and determine position requirements. In addition, you will also dedicate your time to providing mentorship and guidance to our sources and recruiters helping them grow their skills and making sure they are as effective as possible in their hiring process. The person who joins us should have experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships, be comfortable working in a fast fast-paced environment, and at the same time have the flexibility to work on multiple tasks.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and own our people attraction strategy, working closely with business unit heads.
  • Effectively communicate with Hiring Managers about recruitment progressions and actively manage their relationships.
  • Support, nurture, and develop our recruitment team, helping them to grow their skills.
  • Foster strong client connections, cultivate lasting partnerships, and deepen existing business bonds.
  • Hold regular communication with team members to build a trusting relationship and execute as an escalation point if needed.
  • Hands-on recruiting for senior roles being your main focus to search, drive, lead, and support the sourcing strategy.
  • Drive improvements to all internal recruitment processes, ensuring that we are always making the right decisions based on the data available to us.
  • Effectively cooperate in a geographically distributed team.
  • Participate in different recruitment and HR initiatives related to business needs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven and solid recruitment experience in an international company or recruitment agency.
  • Background in client-facing positions with a focus on inventing proactive solutions
  • Awareness of IT industry standards, company functioning, and trends in the market
  • A professional with fluent English, both written and spoken (B2+)
  • Strong and assertive personality with a business approach
  • Ability to influence and communicate with all levels within the organization, transform ideas into action, and mentor staff.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Taking care of the Team, resolving their needs, and know how to build the team spirit.

Nice-to-have:

  • Hands-on experience with contact center solutions positions (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Nuance, etc).
