Job Description
The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for an Operations Procurement Manager who will have the overall responsibility of following up on Direct Material orders from the ordering date until they reach the factory, develop dashboard to show Procurement function contract status, spend analysis and PO reports. In addition to that he/she will be responsible for developing any process that needs development.
Position Key Responsibilities
Map process and work on process improvements by identifying the gaps and work on them.
Follow up on imported shipments and ensure required documents are being sent to logistics team.
Responsible for the communications from the logistics to the foreign suppliers, or from the suppliers to the logistics
Negotiation with the suppliers to refund any kind of the demurrage fees
Share the logistics requirements with the suppliers and ensure that the supplier update his documents
Manage timely supplier performance and ways of working between Suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, handling quality issues, supporting the on-time payment and on time deliveries.
Material Risk Review with S&OP
Dashboard development to monitor the performance and stand along the gaps to support the cross functions to close it.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or any relevant faculty
- Work Experience: 5-7 years in Operations Procurement
- Language Knowledge: Fluent English
