As a senior individual contributor, you will strengthen SumUp’s execution system across product and engineering. You will partner with VPs to translate strategy into priorities, resolve complex cross-team dependencies, and build data-driven performance cadences. This hands-on role is designed to improve product velocity and operational discipline as the company scales globally.

What you will do:
Partner with Tribe leadership to translate high-level strategy into clear ownership, priorities, and actionable execution plans across value streams.
Build and maintain hands-on analytical dashboards and KPI reports using SQL and BI tools to drive accountability and performance insights.
Design and lead global performance cadences, including QBRs and OKR planning, while unblocking complex cross-functional dependencies to increase product velocity.
The ideal candidate:
6–10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or product roles within complex, globally distributed Product and Engineering organizations.
Advanced technical proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, with a proven ability to build decision-useful performance systems directly.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing VP-level leaders and navigating high-pressure environments with a pragmatic, low-ego mindset.
