BB Agency was founded in 2012 on Island Krk, Croatia. Today we are a fully remote digital agency with more than thirty members and collaborators working together from all over the world to provide a valuable global perspective on our work.

We are growing our teams with down-to-earth creatives willing to shape the brands, websites, and products of tomorrow, as well as to keep growing their skills and expertise. Our hiring process looks like this:
- Pre-selection based on your application. We are interested in your experiences and your roles on specific projects, as well as your skills.
- Video exchange with HR.
- Selection test that includes some general inquiries relevant to every team and situational questions that are team-specific.
- Video exchange with the Team Lead, where you will present a deep dive into one of your projects. Take us through a project of your choice and show us who you collaborated with, the tools you used, and what particular challenges you faced.
