Job Description

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for making a big impact? Starcom are looking for an OOH Account Manager to work across a cluster of clients, AB inBev, Aldi, Primark, Karcher and Stellantis. You'll work with a diverse portfolio, driving cutting-edge OOH campaigns that captivate audiences.

As our next Out of Home Account Manager, you'll lead with fresh ideas, build strong client relationships, and mentor rising talents. If you're ready to push boundaries and revolutionize OOH advertising, we want you on our team!

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key, day-to-day clients.
  • Work in conjunction with OOH Directors in delivering innovative and creative
  • solutions to client briefs.
  • Ensure you and the OOH Client Executives / Apprentices deliver operational excellence whilst adhering to agreed team/agency processes.
  • Develop a Growth Team: You will have the chance to be a major contributor in shaping the culture of the teams that work in the agency.
  • Work collaboratively with OOH Investment and other Publicis Media teams to
  • deliver high-quality, timely responses.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in OOH planning/buying and strong understanding of the OOH marketplace.
  • Ability to present to clients with confidence whilst displaying excellent OOH
  • knowledge.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A logical and analytic skillset.
  • Strategic thinker able to create innovative solutions to client challenges.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with OOH media
  • owners.
  • Consistent approach to delivering results and excellent service to clients, with the ability to demonstrate full use of the resources available.
  • Able to manage delegation, both within internal teams and with external partners.
