We have an exciting opportunity within our Online Trading team for an Online Trade Assistant. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to grow and learn as you will be supporting with data governance, efficient management of product merchandising, trade reporting, managing stake holder communications and executing trading actions.

About the Role

This role will be accountable for performing regular on-site checks of newly published lines and quality assurance of product imagery and copy. You will be responsible for updating, maintaining and merchandising category pages with the new products that have been published. You will also be supporting brand communications and conducting competitor site reviews.

The Online Trade Assistant will use our UX analytics tool to analyse the customer journey and help the Assistant Trading Manager in actioning changes based on findings. You will be able to use web analytics data from Google Analytics to identify insights and actions from the reports.

About You

You will have excellent organisation skills and great attention to detail. You’ll be a natural analyst with the ability to understand and act from results. You are an individual that remains calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality work to tight timescales.

You will also:

  • Have excellent Microsoft Excel skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
  • Have a desire to learn new technologies.
  • Be interested in retail and product.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar preferred.
  • Have the flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.
