The Role

As the Online Content Producer for HOKA and Teva EMEA, you will be responsible for managing the creative planning, building, and publishing of engaging on‑site content across all regional websites. Reporting into the Senior Online Content Producer, you will deliver intuitive, best‑in‑class localised experiences that elevate the customer journey from entry to checkout.

Your work will include developing content plans alongside internal teams, ensuring world‑class product launches, campaign executions and personalised experiences across all EMEA sites. You will support end‑to‑end web production, reporting, QA, and ensure strong site performance across platforms.

You will collaborate with Trade, Brand, Marketing, UX, Content Development and Global partners to bring campaigns, new experiences and brand stories to life. We’re looking for someone who is organised, creative, detail‑focused and passionate about digital content, UX innovation and customer‑centric storytelling. You have a keen interest in ecommerce experience design, agile workflows, and personalisation technologies.

Your Impact

  • Own the planning and execution of all EMEA on‑site content for HOKA and Teva
  • Develop immersive homepage and landing page experiences using CoreMedia and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Collaborate with Trade, Brand, Marketing and Global teams to deliver best‑in‑class campaigns and activations
  • Ensure all content briefs, workflows, and timelines are managed, prioritised and delivered on schedule
  • Care for the customer journey by identifying blockers, improving UX, and raising issues
  • Support monthly reporting and deep dives using FullStory and Google Analytics
  • Lead content QA processes, ticket sign‑off and communication with developers

Who You Are

  • You are a proactive, organised self‑starter with excellent project management skills
  • You’re comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple deadlines, and navigating competing priorities
  • You understand ecommerce content, customer journeys, and how to create compelling digital experiences

We Would Love to Hear from People With:

  • Background in ecommerce, digital, or content‑focused roles
  • A good understanding of the online marketing landscape and how different channels play into the customer journey.
  • Experience managing content builds, scheduling and publishing workflows
  • Excellent analytical understanding, ideally using an advanced web analytics tool, like ContentSquare or Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) and CoreMedia CMS is a plus
  • Basic HTML skills is a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Figma and similar design tools
  • Additional languages such as French, German, or Italian is a plus, but not essential
