How you'll make an impactAs a onboarding coordinator you will work within the wider Operations department. You will be passionate about building and maintaining an incredible on-boarding experience and will own multiple projects end to end, to ensure that exceptional customer experience is delivered consistently. You love working in a fast paced, changing environment and feel confident challenging current on-boarding processes, bringing with you fresh ideas on how we can improve our efficiencies. Our team are the first contact post sales, we need you to love developing customer relationships alongside the ability to manage customer expectations, all whilst working for a company who prides its as a great place to work.
What you'll do- Primary point of contact for our new customers as they embark on their customer onboarding journey with us, ensuring a smooth transition onto our software platforms
- Professionally assisting and resolving customer questions quickly
- Maintain customer records by updating CRM systems to ensure accurate revenue reporting and invoicing is done accurately
- Working in partnership with multiple internal teams to ensure project timelines are met efficiently
- Meet or exceed established performance KPI requirements
