About You

OMD Create are looking for an experienced Media Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Manager to join them and help develop, stretch and deliver campaigns for clients and be part of a thriving team.

Reporting into a Media Partnerships Associate Director, you will be responsible for delivering culturally-relevant work outside traditional spots and space across a variety of media partners, including TV, social, digital, print, audio and influencers. You will work closely with wider agency teams to take an idea from inception to reality for a series of clients such as Barclays. This role has a critical involvement of every stage of the Media Partnership and Influencer Marketing process, including strategic development, briefing, ideation, project management, activation and distribution. The work is varied, briefs are fun, the pace is quick but excitingly the possibilities are endless!

We are looking for someone with experience of:

  • Nurturing and growing relationships with key clients
  • Generating ideas which are rooted in insight, culture and demonstrate innovation and bravery
  • Evaluating media partnerships and influencer activity
  • Presenting ideas confidently to clients
  • Project management across campaigns with 2+ partners / influencers
  • Booking partnership activity on Aura, Media Explorer / Maintenance
  • Collaborating with all parts of the agency (like investment, and client leadership) to get to the best outcomes for us and our clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media owners & influencer agents – both well-known and emerging
  • Providing timely feedback to media owners / influencers
  • Being solutions-orientated for any issues which arise
  • Management of multiple stakeholders (client(s) + media owner(s))

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
