Be the glue that holds the team together and keeps things running like clockwork

Hey there — we’re Kinship 👋

We build software that helps architects and engineers manage their Revit content, projects, and data — all without the stress and spreadsheets. Our customers are some of the best design teams in the world, and we’re growing fast.

We’re now hiring an Office Manager to keep our daily operations running smoothly and help the team stay focused, organised, and happy. You’ll be part problem-solver, part organiser, part chaos-tamer — and 100% essential to how we operate.

You’ll work from our sunny and recently renovated office in Southwark.

This is the perfect role for someone at the start of their career who’s smart, driven, and ready to try something new. Maybe you’ve worked in hospitality or retail. Maybe you’ve juggled a million things behind the scenes. Maybe you just love organising and getting stuff done. If that’s you — let’s talk.

In this role, you will:
  • Help run the day-to-day operations of our office and company (and help make them more day-to-day)

  • Support the founders directly with planning, logistics, and special projects

  • Coordinate events and travel, both internal and external

  • Keep our tools, files, docs, and calendars tidy and up to date

  • Help with light finance admin, like invoices and receipts

  • Support our marketing and customer teams with research, communication, and content

  • Be a friendly face and reliable teammate who keeps everyone moving in the right direction

We think your background probably includes:
  • Experience working in fast-paced, people-facing environments (hospitality, retail, events, or something similar)

  • A knack for keeping things organised — whether it’s a shared calendar or a messy inbox

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort using (or learning) tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack

You’re probably someone who:
  • Likes figuring things out and learning as you go

  • Notices the little things that others miss

  • Likes being part of a team and helping people out

  • Takes ownership — if you see something that needs doing, you do it

  • Wants to grow — whether that means staying in operations or branching out into other parts of the business

What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay, ample vacation time, and support for a healthy-work life balance

  • A beautiful, sunny office space in central London (near Southwark station) and stocked with great coffee

  • A calm, supportive team that’s serious about doing great work (but doesn’t take itself too seriously)

  • The chance to learn how a tech company works from the inside and grow alongside it
