About the position

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our London office, support office culture and employee experience, and provide personal administrative support to the CEO.

This is a hands-on role at the centre of the business, combining office management, people-focused coordination, and practical PA support. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, structure, and creating a well-functioning, positive office environment in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management & Culture
 
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the London office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain a professional, organised, and welcoming office environment
  • Manage office suppliers, maintenance, and service providers
  • Support onboarding and offboarding from an office and administrative perspective
  • Act as a central point of contact for employee questions related to the office and internal processes
  • Help build and maintain a positive office culture through regular team activities, social events, and internal initiatives
  • Coordinate company travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport
  • Support international travel planning when required, ensuring practical and well-organised itineraries
  • Handle travel-related administration and coordination with external providers

Personal Assistant Support to the CEO

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling priorities
  • Prepare simple meeting materials, agendas, and notes when required
  • Track follow-ups and ensure agreed actions are not forgotten
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to CEO and senior management activities
  • Act as a point of coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders on logistical and administrative matters

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the wider management team
  • Handle documentation, contracts, invoices, and supplier administration
  • Support accounting-related administration and coordination with external partners
  • Assist with ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as needed

About You:

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Comfortable owning day-to-day responsibility and working independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Naturally people-oriented, with an interest in office culture and team dynamics
  • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership in a support capacity
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Position Details:

  • Full-time position
  • On-site, 5 days a week
  • Location: Fitzrovia, London
