Office Manager

We have an exciting and newly created opportunity for an Office Manager to join us as the face of the IMC office based in the City on a permanent full time basis. In this role you will ensure all things related to the London office are running smoothly and efficiently as we go through a fast-paced phase of growth and continue to contribute to providing world-class workplace experience for all our employees.
Your Core Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Managing Director and HR
• Managing visitors (both internally and externally)
• Coordinating with building receptionists
• Organizing travel arrangements
• Mail and courier requests and room bookings
• Stock and supplier management
• Ensuring all employees safe, happy and engaged within the office (OH&S Compliant)
• Along with the above, you will be responsible for planning and organizing events with other European offices throughout the year (e.g. seasonal off-site/onsite and Charity events) and support continuous growth and expansion.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Has a bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant area of study
• Extensive experience in a client-facing role within an international corporate environment, particularly in industries such as Financial/Consulting services
• Experience of liaising with stakeholders at all levels
• Can speak fluent English (knowledge of other languages is a bonus!)
• Microsoft Office skills.
