We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of our office, and enhancing the overall work environment. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The role is full-time, on-site at Swift’s London Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform visitor services for internal and external guests, including issuing access badges, preparing meeting rooms, ordering catering, etc.
- Host external client events and organize internal team events such as lunch and learns and customer workshops.
- Manage front-desk switchboard call routing and Receptionist duties.
- Coordinate with building staff to handle adhoc day-to-day activities including processing inbound and outbound mail and deliveries, managing vendor/facilities staff visits, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space (conference rooms, kitchen, public areas), including ordering of office supplies, stock staff and customer areas with food and beverages, and manage inventory.
- A hands on, flexible approach required for a busy office and customer area
Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience minimum as a Receptionist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams
