Job Description:

We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant  to provide comprehensive support to our manager and team 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage agenda and correspondence, including prioritizing, filtering, and gathering necessary information to facilitate decision-making for the manager and team.
  • Perform diverse administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations for the manager and team.
  • Proactively define and anticipate needs, organizing and planning meetings efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other assistants across various stakeholders and functions to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Manage Minutes of Meeting (MoM), including follow-up communications and action tracking, and maintain accurate distribution lists.
  • Handle all logistical aspects for events, weblives, and other team gatherings.
  • Facilitate the cascade of internal and external information within the team.
  • Contribute to positive working relationships and act as a facilitator within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Oversee office administrative duties, such as phone management, meeting/event administration, HR requirements, and expense processing.
  • Act as the focal point for IT and facility management inquiries and coordination.
  • Support in organization of events, weblives; Handle relevant logistics for the team (office supplies, travel management).

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
