About the Role
The Organisational Development (OD) Partner supports the design and delivery of OD initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, culture, and performance. Working closely with business leaders, HR partners, and the Senior OD Partner, this role contributes to projects across change management, team development, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness.
As part of a newly established OD function, the OD Partner plays an important role in applying OD frameworks, tools, and methodologies consistently across the organisation. The role supports the rollout of OD standards and contributes to building OD literacy by helping HR colleagues and business teams understand and use core OD tools in their day‑to‑day work.
This role is ideal for someone with foundational OD experience who is ready to deepen their expertise and grow into more complex OD work over time.
This role can be in our London or Berlin offices on a hybrid working model.
Role Responsibilities:
OD Project Delivery
Support the design, coordination, and delivery of OD initiatives across the organisation.
Conduct diagnostics, gather insights, and contribute to recommendations for improvement.
Manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication for assigned workstreams.
Apply OD frameworks and tools consistently to ensure high‑quality delivery.
Supporting OD Frameworks & Tools
Use established OD frameworks, methodologies, and tools in project delivery.
Support the Senior OD Partner in contributing to refining and embedding OD standards across the organisation.
Help create practical resources, templates, and toolkits that enable consistent OD practice.
Upskilling & OD Literacy Support
Support capability‑building efforts by helping HR colleagues and business teams understand and use OD tools.
Contribute to the development and delivery of training sessions, guides, and resources.
Act as a point of contact for questions about OD tools and approaches, escalating complex issues as needed.
Change & Transformation Support
Support change management activities including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Help teams navigate change and adopt new ways of working.
Assist in developing change materials and supporting leaders through transitions.
Culture & Engagement
Contribute to culture and leadership initiatives as needed
In conjunction with the HRBP teams and the Senior OD Partner, use survey insights to support teams in identifying and implementing improvements.
Data & Insights
Gather and analyse data to support OD recommendations.
Track and report on the impact of OD interventions.
Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
Collaboration & Partnership
Work closely with HRBPs, wider People and OD function and business leaders to ensure alignment and impact.
Build strong relationships across the organisation to understand needs and opportunities.
Collaborate with the Senior OD Partner to ensure consistency and quality across OD work.
Leadership and Collaboration
Act a key member of the People and OD team contributing to our strategic priorities by delivering high quality OD support.
Fostering innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
Partner with the wider People & OD team, HRBPs and business leaders to co create solutions for high impact
Use data and insights to measure impact, inform decisions and continuously evolve pragmatic talent strategies.
Provide expert advice to HR International, HRBPs and Agile Pool roles as needed
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in organisational development, HR, learning, change management, or a related field.
Exposure to OD or change projects, either as a contributor or coordinator.
Experience facilitating workshops or supporting team development activities.
Experience working with data to inform decisions or evaluate impact.
Experience in a complex, matrixed, or global organisation is beneficial.
Strong foundational understanding of OD concepts such as change, culture, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
Good facilitation skills with the ability to engage groups and support effective discussions.
Strong communication skills, able to explain concepts clearly and build trust with stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
Solid project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning and problem‑solving.
Ability to apply established frameworks and tools consistently and effectively.
Degree in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is beneficial
