The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$107,000.00 - $241,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.

What's Encouraged Daily:
- Lead end-to-end construction project execution, including planning, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Manage cleanroom, base-build, and supporting facility construction activities to ensure alignment with design specifications, safety standards, and operational readiness.
- Oversee contractor performance, conduct coordination meetings, and ensure timely resolution of field issues and scope changes.
- Drive digital project execution using BIM, progress-tracking tools, and construction automation technologies.
- Support permitting, approvals, and compliance with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), as well as Micron's PMIS (Procore).
- Identify and mitigate project risks; maintain project documentation, change control, and forecasting.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality construction in accordance with quarterly and annual quality objectives.
- Manage project cost control efforts, value engineering opportunities, and staffing efficiency across assigned scopes.
How to Qualify:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing large-scale industrial, cleanroom, semiconductor, or other technical construction projects.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and make decisions with limited guidance.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
What Sets You Apart:
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, BIM platforms).
- Experience with cleanroom environments, advanced manufacturing facilities, or highly regulated construction.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Background in facilities operations or facility systems management.
