We are looking for an experienced Researcher, who is familiar with NPS, to join the E.ON Next team. Reporting into the Insight Lead, the role will take ownership of E.ON Next NPS reporting and optimisation. You’ll play a key role in establishing E.ON Next as a playmaker brand in the energy market by owning one of its key industry metrics. This role operates freely, at a crossroads of senior stakeholders across various local and global business units.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Take ownership of strategic and journey NPS monthly reporting, providing monthly contextual analysis of third-party supplied data and presenting back to stakeholders.

  • Share monthly E.ON Next NPS actionable insights to operational stakeholders in order to improve performance month on month.

  • Communicate complex statistical results in simple to understand ways that convey meaning and action to research results.

  • Establish and maintain strong forums of engagement with stakeholders (fellow researchers, practitioners, etc.) to drive an insight mindset and improve the level of research proficiency.

 

Are we the perfect match?

  • We’re looking for a Research Analyst with the following experience and skills;

  • Experience in stakeholder management and ability to act in different company and regional cultures.

  • Experience in market research in corporates or institutes; knowledge of market research methodology (qualitative, quantitative) and transforming results into actionable insights.

  • Experience in manipulating and testing data in software, which might be one/some of Q Research/DisplayR, Tableau, R, Python, Excel, or SQL.

  • Experience in improving customer experience metrics through insights.

 

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience designing dashboards to share business information, in a tool such as Tableau, PowerBI or similar.

  • Ability to understand and interpret statistical analysis such as correlations, regression, factor analysis, segmentation, etc. and draw conclusions to answer business questions.

  • Experience identifying and mapping out customer journeys, questionnaire design and scripting surveys (in Typeform)

  • Energy category experience is a plus.
