Role overview

Kelkoo Group is looking for a Norwegian or Swedish speaking PPC Consultant within its Digital Paid Media Team.

The Digital Paid Media Team at Kelkoo Group offers expertise and advises online retailers on how to boost and optimise their PPC campaigns on Google or Bing.

The PPC Consultant will work closely with internal sales teams to ensure that the acquisition and onboarding of clients are managed faultlessly and create a premium customer experience. This includes training sessions to the sales teams or accompany the different sales individuals in customer and acquisition calls.

Once the clients are live, the PPC Consultant will work closely with the retailers to ensure that their Google’s Shopping Ads or Bing campaigns are delivering as expected and will guide them on how to generate always better return on ads spend.

The role requires daily use of Google or Microsoft tools to setup, monitor and optimise campaigns.Any experience in campaign management on social media or Google would be a great plus.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of Google Shopping Ads campaigns using Google tools (Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads 360...)
  • Build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders: Digital Paid Media Team, sales teams, Google support teams and clients/retailers
  • Provide assistance and guidance for: clients’ feeds set up in Google Merchant Center, Ads accounts, campaigns optimisation, advanced Google features set up (audience management, Pmax or Standard Shopping Campaigns, Local Inventory Ads, etc...)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues clients may encounter with their campaigns, working with internal and Google teams
  • Provide solutions to clients based on a comprehensive understanding of the business requirements, marketing objectives and technical capabilities
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of Google ecosystem of advertising products
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to put together effective pitches for clients. Giving advice on technical feasibility, past campaign performance and client insight in order to create a deck that meets and exceeds client expectations
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new products and their technical implications
  • Demonstrate the ability to install work methodology with the sales teams to insure great customer experience for our retailers
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage several small projects at the same time and multitask.

Person Specification

  • Fluent/native speaker Norwegian or Swedish
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and an ability to come up with unique solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to work successfully both within a team and autonomously
  • Flexible, personable attitude; ability to develop excellent professional relationships with all level of personnel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - English; German. Other European language would be considered as an advantage
  • Attention to detail; exact precision in data input and well organised
  • Demonstrated analytical skillset with strong Microsoft Excel skills. Able to report on campaign performance and manipulate large data sets
  • Quick learner and adaptable
  • Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
