💼 Your Role:


As our new Media Owner Acquisitions Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of DOOH advertising. You'll be responsible for building collaborative relationships with potential new Media Owner partners with the aim that they partner with VIOOH, sharing their inventory on our platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results,our expertise in key account development sales and / or OOH will help us push boundaries and achieve our ambitious goals. Having knowledge of programmatic out of home and winning key customers in sometimes lengthy sales processes is advantageous. You’ll work closely with a wide range of teams including C-suite, Commercial, Technical and Legal to work through the discussions with our preferred Media Owner partners. 

🎯 Key Responsibilities:


- This is a new role created to captilise on the incredible growth we are seeing within this space. We are looking for someone who can talk to both Senior Commercial and Technical stakeholders, sharing the vision of partnering with VIOOH.

- The role requires brilliant interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross functionally within VIOOH. 

-  A main part of the role is asking the right questions, understanding the Media Owners commercial positioning, understanding their technical set up and ensuring that there are clear notes / timelines shared post each interaction, then closing their signature to partner with VIOOH

- Another part of the role will be working closely with the wider team to validate prospective Media Owners, understanding who we believe are the right fit for VIOOH and where we believe there is a commercial partnership opportunity.

- This role is transversal, working closely with senior team members at VIOOH to bring the right stakeholders to the table for the stage in sales journey each MO is at, this will often require overseas travel.

🧩 What You Bring:


Education: 

Experience: 3+ years experience in a key account management role, preferably within Media

Skills:

  - Key account management – ability to quickly build relationships with Global Media Owners, at a variety of seniority levels and across multiple functions

  - Commercial negotiation – ability to build out commercial proposals and manage contractual discussions

  - Making the complex simple – ability to discuss the technical set up, how it could work, what is required as a minimum to partner and what features could benefit the Media Owner.

  - 

Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand the end to end programmatic digital OOH ecosystem, as well as the VIOOH platform and features.

- Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment, due to the hyper growth VIOOH are seeing, we often need to move quickly to capitalise on opportunities, whilst still following process

- Keen attention to detail and superb organizational skills, this role is often the first interaction a Media Owner has with VIOOH, it’s super important set a high standard of interaction, follow ups etc and always deliver when you say you are going to #makeithappen
