Based in London, you will serve as Criteo's physical presence in the market, driving face-to-face engagement, representing the company at key industry events, and building the senior relationships that matter most. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across complex organizations acting as a trusted advisor who combines strategic insight with strong communication and executive presence.

  • Position Criteo as a trusted growth partner through insight-led, value-driven engagement, understanding clients' marketing goals, business priorities, and competitive landscape to deliver tailored, consultative solutions.

  • Represent Criteo externally as the primary in-market ambassador through industry events, executive forums, trade bodies (e.g. IAB UK, ISBA), and high-profile client engagements, elevating Criteo's brand presence in the UK & Ireland.

  • Anticipate market trends and customer needs to inform commercial strategy, share intelligence internally, and strengthen Criteo's positioning and relevance in the market.

  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and experts including Technical, Marketing, Product and Account Management to win and grow complex opportunities.

  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce CRM, SimilarWeb, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize pipeline development and conversion.

  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues, engaging in peer mentoring and coaching across the wider team.

Who You Are:

  • Senior-level sales experience (min. 5 years), with a strong track record of closing high-value deals with large and enterprise clients in the UK & Ireland market.

  • Demonstrated success in complex and multiproduct technology sales, ideally within the AdTech/MarTech industry or the marketing agency landscape.

  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage confidently with C-level and senior stakeholders, understanding their strategic marketing goals and business needs.

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Sandler.

  • Strategic thinker with excellent pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.

  • Strong executive presence - a confident, credible communicator who inspires trust, clarity, and long-term partnership with senior buyers.

  • Natural leader and collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional deal environments, including partnering effectively with a remote team based in Barcelona.

  • Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable navigating complexity with maturity, influence, and resilience in a market where in-person engagement is critical.

  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.

  • Active in social selling and industry engagement to elevate both personal and Criteo's brand visibility, with an established network in the UK & Ireland digital advertising ecosystem.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Irish market nuances is a plus.
