This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most dynamic pre-sales teams in Dell Technologies to help drive Network technology solutions in the EMEA region. You will effectively collaborate with other teams, including the direct sales team, channel, professional services, marketing, finance and other external parties that compliment your pre-sales activities.You will:

  • Sell and design DC & Edge networking solutions around Dell Switches for different accounts such Enterprise, Corporate, Medium Business and others.
  • Collaborate with Network Sales Specialist in driving strategy to acquire net new opportunities.
  • Ability to read through large RFPs and identify the key networking technical compliance asks, match that with our products and suggest/build the right networking solution.
  • Engagement on networking attach opportunities with Storage and Server System Engineers around all server and storage opportunities.
  • Deliver Networking pre-sales presentations, demo and PoC to customers and partners as needed. Evangelize new DC Network transformation story around SONiC.

Essential Requirements

  • Expertise and technology understanding for Data Center Networking, GEN AI Networking, Routing, SDWAN and Security solutions is a must,
  • Knowledge and experience creating access control lists (ACLs) on routers and switches; recent experience using the CLI on major router and switch vendors, hands on implementation experience will be a big positive.
  • Understanding and Designing and Architecting solutions for Key Industry Trends – Micro-Segmentation, Network Automation, Multi-Site Datacenters, Network Visibility, Multi-Tenant / Network Virtualization, and L4-7 Service Insertion         
  • Ability to demonstrate a knowledge of L2 & L3 networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP)
  • Working experience with different L2 and L3 networking technologies & experience using routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
  • Experience in understanding and building network fabric based on Spine-Leaf architecture and implementing L2 over L3 protocols is a must.
  • Around 5-10 years of Networking experience as a network engineer involved in designing/trouble shooting an IP Network.
  • Technical certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, JNCIA and JNCIE is highly desirable.
  • Experience on SDN, Network automation though Perl/Python/Ansible Scripting is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to present to senior level individuals and articulate Dell Technologies solutions
