Design and deliver reliable IP and SD-WAN services that enable customers to operate seamlessly on a global network.
This role sits within the Network Provisioning team and focuses on the design and logical provisioning of IP, SD-WAN, and security services across a global footprint. You will work closely with delivery, engineering, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into high-quality network solutions.

About the Role

As a Network Provisioning Engineer, you will be responsible for customer network design and service provisioning throughout the deployment lifecycle. You will play a key role in ensuring services are implemented correctly, meet technical requirements, and are accepted smoothly by customers. The role involves regular collaboration with internal teams and external partners to support efficient and consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and modify IP, SD-WAN, and security network solutions aligned to customer requirements and service standards.
  • Work closely with sales, design engineering, technical managers, project management, and service delivery teams to support end-to-end service delivery.
  • Support customers through service turn-up and acceptance, troubleshooting issues related to routing, throughput, and overall service performance.
  • Create, maintain, and update engineering processes, workflows, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Manage and maintain client service resource allocations.
  • Contribute to the organisational knowledge base and share technical insights with peers.
  • Represent the company from a technical perspective when engaging with customers and partners.

Success in this role is demonstrated by accurate network designs, smooth service acceptance, and a consistently positive customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a Network Design, Architecture, or Implementation role.
  • Experience supporting a customer’s complete network deployment lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to work with customer engineering teams to gather, validate, and implement network requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of IP networking technologies including SD-WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP, VPN, BGP, and QoS.
  • Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS, or JNCIP, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Juniper equipment including PTX, MX, QFX, ACX, and EX series.
  • Working knowledge of network services such as DNS and DHCP.
  • Experience interfacing with peering providers and facility management.
  • Understanding of IT Service Management best practices.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Security experience with Fortinet and or Palo Alto technologies.
  • Experience in Telecommunications, Technology, or complex B2B services environments.

Hours/Travel/Shift:

Normal Office Hours. Remote with flexibility to travel as and when required for customer/team meetings.
