Join Balderton’s Portfolio Talent team to build the data infrastructure and AI-enabled workflows that power executive hiring across Europe’s most ambitious startups. You will bridge the gap between venture capital and talent operations, supporting founders of companies like Revolut and Wayve while scaling a world-class network of elite leadership talent.

What you will do:
Build and maintain the data infrastructure for executive search, compensation datasets, and hiring priority lists across the portfolio.
Provide high-impact sourcing and talent intelligence for priority leadership searches using advanced tools like The Swarm and Juicebox.
Partner with internal product teams to experiment with and implement AI solutions that automate research and improve network dot-connecting.
The ideal candidate:
3–5 years of experience in executive search, management consulting, or in-house talent acquisition within a high-growth environment.
Analytical builder mindset with a obsession for data integrity and the ability to create structured processes from ambiguity.
Proactive explorer of modern technology and AI tools, eager to leverage new platforms to drive operational efficiency and insights.
