Summary of Role
As the NetSuite Technical Administrator, you will be the dedicated expert responsible for our scripting and integration layer. You will focus on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex NetSuite code, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and fully integrated with our business platforms.
Your Impact & What You'll Do
- Maintain System Health: Monitor, troubleshoot, and fix errors in SuiteScripts, workflows, and integrations to ensure smooth performance.
- Build & Develop: Design and deploy SuiteScript 2.x solutions (e.g., RESTlets, Map/Reduce) to meet business requirements.
- Manage Integrations: Develop and support connections between NetSuite and other business systems using platforms like Workato, Boomi, or Celigo.
- Ensure Stability: Manage platform updates and enforce coding standards to ensure all customizations are reliable and maintainable.
- Provide Technical Support: Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues that functional administrators cannot resolve.
