Core Banking Platform
finova’s Core Banking Platform includes the UK market-leading cloud-based originations software and integrated in-life servicing software. The platform supports mortgages, equity release, specialist lending and savings. Over £75 billion has been originated through the system by our customers and over £27 billion of loans and savings are managed through the servicing platform.
The platform is designed for fast implementation and facilitates day-to-day banking operations. Utilising the latest technology, the API-led platform seamlessly integrates with over 20 third-party applications, enabling financial institutions to self-configure the platform effortlessly and efficiently to meet the rapidly changing demands of the market
About the role
To support the next stage of finova’s growth journey, we are implementing NetSuite ERP and Kantata PSA to enhance our operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support scalability. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of these platforms by September 2025.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite and Kantata, ensuring that both platforms are deployed effectively to meet the company’s operational and strategic goals. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
About You:
In terms of your experience, your attitude is everything, but we'd particularly love to see your:
• This is a hybrid role based at our London office (on site 3 days per week)
• Proven track record of successfully project managing complex ERP and PSA implementations, with experience of having implemented at least one of NetSuite or Kantata
• Must have Implemented NetSuite for 10+ entities, foreign currencies and consolidations
• Familiarity with financial and operational processes that Netsuite and Kantata are likely to impact
• Proven excellence in leading and embedding organisational change, including driving adoption and building lasting processes. The candidate must be excellent at designing and documenting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess risks and provide actionable insights
What will you be doing?
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and manage a comprehensive project plan and support the CFO to deliver the implementations to plan and timeline
• Report on project status and potential risks, issues, and dependencies, whilst taking ownership to address these proactively
• Coordinate the configuration and deployment of NetSuite (20+ entities, multi-currency, consolidation) and Kantata, ensuring seamless integration of the platforms with existing systems and processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company, implementation partners, and software vendors during implementation and in the post-implementation support period.
• Oversee the development and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that any bugs, errors, or deficiencies are identified and resolved before go-live.
• Design, document and roll-out processes and execute a change management plan to ensure user adoption of the new systems, including developing training materials and facilitating training sessions for end-users and administrators.
