Harbor is seeing a NetDocuments Implementation Manager to join our growing team.  The Implementation Manager, in the Content Management & Collaboration team is a client-facing consulting role responsible for leading workstreams and engagements focused on NetDocuments and content management transformation. The role is accountable for client outcomes, quality of delivery, and team leadership. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted advisor, shaping solutions, guiding client decision-making, and ensuring engagements deliver measurable value. While this is a consulting-led role, Managers are expected to remain actively engaged in delivery.

This is a remote position that can be worked from anywhere in the UK (with proper UK work authorization).

Key Responsibilities:

Client Impact & Advisory Leadership:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on content management and collaboration strategy, with a strong focus on NetDocuments;
  • Lead client discussions on platform design, governance, adoption, and optimisation;
  • Provide clear, pragmatic recommendations that balance legal, operational, and technology considerations;
  • Support clients in making informed decisions, articulating risks, trade-offs, and benefits;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders

Engagement Ownership & Delivery Excellence:

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned workstreams or engagements, ensuring delivery meets Harbor’s standards for quality and value;
  • Lead design and delivery phases of NetDocuments initiatives, including implementations, migrations, and optimisation programmes;
  • Remain hands-on where appropriate, while directing and reviewing the work of consultants;
  • Ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to client operating models;
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in NetDocuments and legal content management
