Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Net Revenue Executive FTC 6 Months to be based in the UK.

The role of the Net Revenue Executive is to support the NRM Controller in identifying the optimum way to drive net sales growth. By creating and owning insights you will support thought leadership throughout the business, and partner with the Grocery Sales Teams, field sales team, finance and HQ teams to ensure execution.

This role supports a highly visible team with a UK wide remit, working with senior stakeholders including the UK leadership team and Global Sales team at Red Bull HQ.

Job Description

Business Unit Partnerships

Become a strategically important element of each grocery business unit. Contribute and challenge to drive each individual business. Become an insight resource for Each NAM/NAE to contribute to growth.

Promotional Management

Ensuring implementation, evaluation and evolution of promotional strategy using promotional evaluation tool. Embedding its use into day to day working to evaluate, optimize and measure effectiveness of promotions / investment / forecasting. Ownership of the central trade planning process, ensuring the accuracy of a key business resource

Creation and Maintenance of Insight reporting

Creation and distribution of industry leading performance insight, forming the bedrock for business planning and thought leadership across accounts. Produce key insight for the monthly Business Planning Review session with the senior leadership team.

Managing Trade Investment

Owning the insight and reporting on the central investment fund. Be the go-to person on latest position and forecasting future opportunities. Channel owner Risks and Opps process owning weekly review meetings, feeding in to S&OP.

Maintenance of Central Pricing Resources

Create and maintain the central library for all accounts in the business, including base and promotional pricing.

Cost Price Increase and Business Planning

Support the end-to-end ownership including pricing studies, coordinating the strategy and owning the implementation.

Joint Business Plans

Shaping JBP recording for all accounts internally.  Challenging the implementation and conditionality of JBPs with a focus on reconciliation.  Ongoing management of performance against trade terms frameworks.

Category Expertise

To become an expert in category, consumer and customer for your channel and Red Bull.  Make commercial decisions based on insight both sought and made available. 
 

Qualifications

Entrepreneur mentality - You have a self-starting drive to make a change.
Analytical mindset – You can translate data into insights and action across 4p’s (Price, Promotion, Product, Placement)
Ability to engage stakeholders in the business in making change and driving action.
Computer skills – Strong ability to use Excel preferable but not essential.
Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills. Excellent communicator and collaborator, using storytelling to convey messages to peers and well as senior management.
NAM/NAE/Revenue management experience is ideal, but not essential.
Ambition - Proactive / self-driven / anticipating and seeing problems as challenges.
Judgement - Balance operational and strategic thinking, challenging the status quo, manage confrontation effectively.
Resilience – demonstrate purpose and ownership but manage your own energy well. Uphold positivity for others and bounce back when faced with obstacles.
Empathy – Cooperate and network effectively, the ability to create relationships to build knowledge and influence all areas and levels of the organisation. 
Learning agility – Self-motivated learner demonstrate openness and curiosity. Experiment and learn from mistakes. Self-starter with a focus on results and customers.
