Job Description

As an NEC ECC Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of project delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients while ensuring projects are successfully delivered from inception through to completion.

You'll:

  • Perform the NEC3 and NEC4 ECC Project Manager role with confidence, professionalism and integrity.
  • Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects and programmes across the full project lifecycle.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders, becoming a valued strategic partner.
  • Navigate complexity, identify risks and opportunities, and drive practical solutions that deliver successful outcomes.
  • Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams, creating an environment where people can thrive and perform at their best.
  • Support the development and mentoring of emerging project management talent, helping to shape the future of our profession.
  • Champion excellence in project controls, commercial management, health, safety, quality and environmental performance.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in everything you do

Qualifications

You'll bring:

  • Proven NEC3 and NEC4 ECC contract management experience, operating in a named ECC Project Manager role or having completed a representative role within the last 12 months
  • Significant experience in infrastructure project and/or programme management, delivering successful outcomes across the project lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership credentials, with the ability to inspire teams, provide clear direction and succeed in complex or ambiguous environments.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to build long-term, trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with sound commercial judgement.
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial management within major projects or programmes.
  • Exceptional communication, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset, natural curiosity and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
