As a National Estates Quality Manager at Global, You will:

Responsibilities:

 Ensure Operational Excellence and Global Compliance: Oversee the quality of our

estate to meet the legislative and industry standards - for electrical, structural and safe

working standards - general and detailed inspections - NICEIC, LOLER and Work at

height.

 Support Quality Management System Maintenance and Improvement: Assist in

maintaining and enhancing Outdoor’s Quality Management Systems.

 Research and propose new processes: Conduct research and propose novel

processes to ensure the sustainability and environmental consideration of our Quality

approach.

 Collaborate with Product and Engineering and technical leads: Work closely with the

product and engineering teams to ensure that our materials, and structures adhere

to stringent quality standards.

 Provide direction to Assets Manager: Provide guidance to the Assets Manager

regarding materials and spare stock.

 Develop and Implement Quality Strategy: Develop and implement a quality strategy

to enhance the overall quality of the estate.

 Ensure ISO 9001 Compliance: Provide, support, and direction to ensure that Outdoor

meets the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.

 Ensure the estate’s condition is continuously monitored and improved via a range of

resources and techniques alongside the Regional Maintenance & Inspection

Manager.

 For all environments: Be accountable for monitoring levels of TOC-Maintenance for

reduction and action by operations.

 Work alongside the Maintenance Teams to assist with reports to the business on the

progression of key maintenance and inspection programmes against the agreed

annual plans.

 Apply the SERVICE Framework to the maintenance and quality strategy- Ensuring safe,

efficient, resilient, viable, innovative, Carbon reduction, excellence asset

management. Implement and advise on trend analysis of inspection/maintenance output. Using

technology to drive best practice in this output and to inform and guide future

maintenance or build decisions

Key Responsibilities

 Key responsibility (75%): Ensure Operational Excellence and Global Compliance:

Oversee the quality of our estate to meet the legislative and industry standards - for

electrical, structural and safe working standards - general and detailed inspections -

NICEIC, LOLER and work at height

 Key responsibility (20%): Ensuring that contractors meet the established expectations

 Key responsibility (10%): Ensure that Outdoor complies with the ISO 9001 requirements by

providing support and direction.
