Are you ready to make an impact? Veolia is seeking an ambitious National Partnership Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with our most valued customers while driving business growth through innovative ecological solutions.

As a National Partnership Manager, you'll take ownership of customer relationships worth up to £5m+, leading a team of up to 5 Executives. You'll be the strategic voice for our customers, championing Veolia's purpose of decarbonisation, depollution, and resource conservation while identifying opportunities for scope growth and improved profitability.

What you'll be doing:

This role sits within the Facilities Management sector, providing the opportunity to work across a diverse range of industries and client environments. Alongside supporting existing relationships, the role will also provide assistance to Facilities Management companies with their new business activities and help identify and develop suitable up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with a focus on multi-term retention and scope expansion
• Develop comprehensive Account Management Plans and drive co-innovation with customers
• Lead cross-functional teams internally, acting as a liaison to provide customers with industry-leading solutions
• Manage complex contracts, renewals, and service level agreements with exceptional attention to detail
• Coach and develop your team to maximize business growth and customer retention
• Represent Veolia at sector and industry events as an ambassador for our innovative solutions
• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, manage risk, and drive strategic insights

What we're looking for:

• Proven Account Management/Partnership experience with a track record of driving senior-level stakeholder engagement
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
• Strong commercial acumen and comprehensive understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
• Demonstrable expertise in complex contract management and negotiation
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify challenges and provide long-term strategic solutions
• Natural ability to build trusting, lasting relationships
• Passion for sustainability and ecological transformation
