The leading candidate will have a strong network and depth of experience at maintaining a quality client base with market-leading mortgage servicing and lending organizations. This role brings a strong background within the industry and is adept in navigating lengthy, complex, negotiations from start to finish. Excels at net-new business development and discovering, engaging, and presenting to high-level decision makers.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven capability in growing relationships at the senior executive level and C-Suite with a national client base.
  • 10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience at a large, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business and expansion sales.
  • Successful track record of establishing immediate credibility; presenting ideas to create value and challenge the status quo.
  • Able to think quickly, listen well, and understand how to react and modify approach in front of clients and key influencers.
  • Achieves and exceeds revenue targets and goals consistent with the company’s strategic plans
  • Applies a consultative sales approach, builds relationships that leads to new business, and expands wallet-share with existing client base.
  • Monitor market trends, information and technology, demonstrates a deep understanding our industry and provides superior solutions for our customers.
  • Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Must have a proven track record of establishing new business, with a proven sales record at the senior levels in the Mortgage Servicer/Lender industry.
  • Willingness to travel.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD Annually. This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals.

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
