Job Summary
The National Field Sales Manager Hospital will lead, inspire and manage the Irish Hospital business in his dedicated region and drive growth in revenue and margin nationally by increasing the penetration of ZOLL products and services into existing accounts and to convert accounts that are currently non-ZOLL Accounts, and meet, or exceed revenue targets and performance objectives. This position reports to the Sales Manager hospital United Kingdom.
Essential Functions

  • Lead ZOLL Medical to become the market leading resuscitation solutions supplier in the Irish Hospital market
  • Achieve revenue, pricing and market share targets for Hospital segment
  • Implement sales strategy to maximise potential in the Hospital market segment
  • Model company values, ensuring team alignment
  • Manage, hires, coaches and conducts sales team performance appraisal.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key opinion leaders in the Hospital market
  • Drive Strategic Account programme in cooperation with UK SAM Hospital team
  • Compile and delivers order and sales forecasts
  • Implement adequate weekly sales reporting from the wider team and provides monthly reporting to management
  • Ensure compliance with CRM systems and reporting systems
  • Act as sparring partner to devise and implement strategies that reflect the specific needs of the Irish Hospital market and the changing nature of selling into healthcare with the challenges and opportunities this presents


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Extensive experience of selling into RESUS markets
  • Educated to degree level with exceptional communication, negotiation, and account management capabilities
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Selling complex systems, concepts, and solutions in a selling environment that involves multiple decision makers at accounts of significance
  • A successful track record of successfully taking market share with Highly specified/premium-priced products
  • Substantial Experience of Direct Sales/People Management
  • Driving Licence
