This is a full-time role based in London, England, United Kingdom.

What You'll Do:

  • Retail Account Management: Full responsibility for the commercial performance and strategic development of our German retail business starting with our German launch partner in 2026.
  • Joint Business Planning: Lead the development and execution of robust joint business plans, including negotiation of annual terms, promotional strategies, and category growth initiatives.
  • Retail Marketing: Drive brand equity at store in collaboration with our marketing team to create visually stunning, best-in-class merchandising destinations for Dr. Squatch on shelf
  • P&L Ownership: Manage customer P&Ls, ensuring all activity is commercially viable and aligned with internal targets.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead accurate forecasting processes and manage promotional investment to optimise ROI and deliver budgeted sales and margin targets.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work in close partnership with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, finance, marketing, and product) to ensure operational excellence and seamless customer delivery.
  • Category Insight & Planning: Utilise category and shopper insights to inform strategy, strengthen customer engagement, and identify opportunities for range, space, and display improvements.
  • Retailer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with retail buying, supply chain, and category teams.

About You:

  • 5–8 years’ experience in FMCG account management, with some of this time spent managing the German drug channel.
  • Fluent in German (native or business-level) and fully proficient in English.
  • Strong negotiation and joint business planning skills, with experience in delivering profitable growth.
  • Proficiency in account-level P&L ownership and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to travel to Germany from the UK 4–6 times per year for customer meetings and trade visits.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent commercial experience.
