The National Account Manager will be at the forefront of growing the Biossance business, creating and maintaining strong retail relationships and driving revenue for the business.


As a National Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage, negotiate and grow all key retailer account, with regular contact with the Buying and Merchandising teams.
  • Build the commercial strategy for the brand with each retailer in partnership with the senior marketing manager.
  • Drive the revenue for the business for Core and NPD in all accounts with accurate forecasting.
  • Forecast NPD quantities for retailers and proactively managing the weekly replenishments.
  • Proactively working with the Planning team to forecast UK and EU stock, updating on key activity in the market.
  • Manage the critical path to launches and campaigns to ensure NLF’s are sent, sku’s are created and PO’s are placed with sufficient time.
  • Create and implementing promotional campaigns as well as bespoke JBP’s in all retailers.
  • Analyse, monitor and feedback on account performance on a weekly and monthly bases. Remaining agile to ensure growth on all accounts.
  • Maintain strong internal relationships with key stakeholders; finance for retail accounts, B2B for PO’s and orders, Marketing team for JBP’s and Sales & Field Manager for stores.
  • Manage the negotiation of space in stores and updating VM and planograms regularly. Responsible for reviewing sku performance for productivity by account.
  • Support and deputise for Regional Director when out of the business or travelling.


What skills and experience do I need for this role? 

  • 3-4 years’ experience in account management, brand management or buying
  • Proactive, self-motivated nature
  • High attention to detail
  • Analytical & strategic mindset
  • Knowledge of good retailer relationships
  • Agile in ways of working
  • Experience in a Beauty brand/ Beauty retailer
  • Skincare experience is desirable but not essential
