Position Summary

Why join our team?
We are looking for a National Account Manager to join our highly dynamic and driven Mobile experience division. This role is an exciting opportunity, working within a successful team responsible for our growing our B2B channel across all MX categories. You will play a key role in supporting the leadership of Samsung’s engagement within our customer and drive business through data and insights.
You will be responsible for helping to make clear and sound recommendations on how the team can deliver sales and growth opportunities, whilst supporting the team to ensure we have a strong strategic partnership with our customer. The role requires building and developing key relationships both internally and externally, as well as having the ability to run sophisticated sets of data, to help the team make informed commercial decisions and drive existing and new business opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities

  • Provide accurate data and insights, collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver the Mobile experience strategy.

  • Collaborate with all internal teams such as; finance, marketing and operations to improve efficiency in these areas.

  • Closely partner with the team to support them in meeting and exceeding targets within the account (volume, value, ASP and consolidated profit) and drive market share goals.

  • Maintain and grow relationships within our customer at appropriate levels.

  • Updating the business on latest & projected performance.

  • To own and measure forecasted against performance.

  • Report on - Gross Revenue, Net Revenue, Profit, Share, Sell Out vs management plan.

  • Support in the monthly reporting and operational management of strategic agreements.

  • Ownership of all contractual agreements

  • Support quarterly account reviews and follow-up actions well within the due date

  • To drive improvement of any business critical issues to account leads

  • Planning & co-ordination of product launch activities within account

You will own all internal relationships with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance & Accounts receivable:

  • Sales Operations - support with forecasting using internal management plan to deliver what is previously agreed with our Partner.

  • Supply Chain – Delivery of internal management plan

  • Commercial Finance – Management of commercial agreement submissions and commercial agreement actualisation

  • Accounts Receivable – Support the team to safeguard and coordinate finance claims processes

You will support the account leads to build the agreements and Go to Market tools to ensure our commercial objectives are met:

  • Being a part of quarterly commercial negotiations

  • Integral part of the weekly CPFR process and ownership of the forecasting sessions with partners

  • Supporting with the Go to Market strategy for New Devices & utilising the wider Samsung teams to enhance consumers’ positive experience with Samsung devices
