We are looking for a National Account Executive to join our sales team in London (W1W 6QE).

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

This NAE role is an operational position primarily supporting the customer business managers and head of sales to deliver the P&L performance required through the AP process whilst also converting and developing new business opportunities at a regional level across the Wholesale channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Your primary role will be to provide best in class support to the Customer Business Managers, with a select number of regional accounts to manage on an individual basis 
  • You are responsible for the expansion and further development of Capri-Sun within your allocated regional customer base across wholesale, as well as driving new business and visiting key wholesaler depots to engage their sales teams
  • You will have P&L responsibility for regional customers delivering customer Volume, NOS, Gross Margin vs. the agreed Annual Plan (AP) 
  • You are the first point of contact for your customer base, lead all negotiations and escalate where necessary   
  • You constantly track and analyse performance data (EPOS), competitors, pricing, portfolio, online and promotions to ensure the sales team delivers its annual plans and continually learns how to win in a very competitive marketplace  
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making 
  • Facilitate practical, positive working relationships with all departments. 
  • You take the lead on sales related finance tasks including invoice management and accruals reconciliation
  • You attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade show conventions as and when required 
  • You will provide support to the account team on forecasting & reporting for customers aiming to improve forecast accuracy, identify risks & opportunities 
  • You will be the backbone of our sales operations, providing crucial administrative support to the account management team  
  • Embrace change of customer mix as the GB business evolves 
YOUR PROFILE
  • An undergraduate degree (Minimum)
  • Understanding of the Discounter, Wholesale and Convenience landscape along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within these channels
  • FMCG experience - Desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Positive, can do attitude and a growth mindset
  • Results-orientated mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
