Company Description

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Executive (eCommerce) to be field based in the UK. 

The National Account Executive (NAE) will work alongside the Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) and is responsible for the achievement of volume, share, profit and net revenue targets in the ecommerce sector. The NAE will also work closely with the wider Red Bull & Specialist channel, national account teams, supply chain, finance, customer marketing and category management teams. The strategic direction of the Company is to be followed with emphasis on the key pillars within the Off Premise sales team.

This role includes P&L responsibility for ecommerce customers as well as the creation and development of the overall joint business plan to deliver profitable growth. The role also includes collaboration with the wider business unit to ensure delivery of the team’s objectives whilst continuing to build a winning strategy focused on distribution, share of online shelf and key placements in order to win value share

Job Description

ACHIEVEMENT OF AGREED GROWTH PLANS BY ACCOUNT

  • Deliver growth targets driven by business plans that are aligned and relevant to the customer’s and Red Bull’s priorities.
  • Post-evaluation of activity within account with learnings applied

 

FORECASTING, EVALUATION AND DEVELOPMENT

  • Forecast, drive growth and track development of the account to be able to make well informed, accurate and timely business decisions.
  • Ensure accurate forecasts of base, promotional & feature volume and point of sale material, with subsequent evaluation of activities undertaken for future implementation.
  • Management alongside the SNAM of finance and operations cycles including Month End Close, Sales & Operations Planning & Channel Review Meetings.

 

CUSTOMER CONTACT STRATEGY

  • Proactively manage customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress. Timely meetings with key contacts to ensure development of overall business plan. Contacts will include, but not be limited to Commercial, Logistics, Category, Finance and Operations.

 

RED BULL CONTACT STRATEGY

  • Build and maintain internal contact strategy to help meet overall account KPI’s. To include collaboration with Category Management, Logistics, Finance, Net Revenue Management, Brand & eCommerce Marketing teams.

 

BRAND ADVOCATE

  • To be a brand advocate to your customer, the trade and Red Bull and mirror the brand values in order to deliver enhanced brand perception at all times.

Qualifications

Proven track record of achievement in within a commercial environment.

Experience of negotiating and running a joint business plan.

Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.

Proven ability to handle, evaluate and utilise sales data and insights effectively.

Additional Information

Travel across the UK will be required/expected to meet key contacts.

Regular travel to London office (at least once a week).
