Newly created position within the growing Multinational team at Lloyd’s for a Relationship Manager who has previously been responsible for the placement of global programmes and seeks an influential opportunity to continue to steer and innovate Lloyd’s multinational capabilities as part of the wider Global Commercial strategy.

Lloyd’s unique, irreplicable regulatory licenses around the world enable the market to write billions of dollars of multinational commercial & specialty insurance.  A priority in Lloyd’s Commercial Strategy is to make transacting multinational business easier; whilst adding additional capabilities to make placing multinational business at Lloyd’s more attractive to managing agents, brokers and clients.  This role is key to communicating this message to the market and through a network of relationships supporting the innovation and growth or Multinational business.

You will be:

Accountable for engaging and collaborating with Lloyd’s market participants including Managing Agents, Brokers, Market and Customer Associations

  • Be the dedicated expert and key point of contact for supporting the market with global programme placements at Lloyd’s
  • Create and nurture long term relationships with market participants
  • Listen to market feedback and work with the multinational team to enhance Lloyd’s proposition and drive efficiencies
  • Responsible for arranging tailored plans / training sessions for key market participants

Accountable for contributing to the approach, design, delivery and implementation of Multinational Capability initiatives

  • Responsible for scoping potential solutions aimed at maximising impact for managing agents and addressing customer needs

It is vital that you have a knowledge of global insurance markets, regulatory environments and multinational best practice, combined with a proven ability to operate, influence and negotiate at a senior level (including c suite) within and across matrix organisations.  If you have this and are interested in a dynamic market leading opportunity then we would be delighted to receive an application.
