  • In collaboration with producing brokers, coordinate the implementation, renewal, and mid-term adjustments of insurance policies for their multinational clients, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • In collaboration with the producing broker, collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and other internal teams to manage the day-to-day service delivery across all assigned programs, and ensure brokers and partners meet expected service standards for the timely issuance of accurate local policy and invoice documentation.
  • Working in partnership with the Howden One network, facilitate the collection, review, and submission of necessary documentation, such as certificates of insurance.
  • Maintain accurate records of insurance transactions, policy details, policy documentation using the company's internal systems and international client portal.
  • Using company resources such as Axco to monitor and analyse industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions that could impact multinational insurance programs, providing insights and recommendations to multinational brokers and their clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to Howden internal procedures and compliance with income sharing rules.
  • As required and working in partnership with the producing broker, assist with the preparation and delivery of reports, presentations and updates to multinational clients, conveying relevant information about their insurance programs.
  • Where required by the international producing broker, participate in client meetings, workshops, and conferences to enhance relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Who we’re looking for

  • Proficient in managing complex multinational programs, with a deep understanding of international insurance regulations, practices, market trends, and resources such as AXCO (or similar).
  • Proven experience working with multinational corporations, including direct interaction with senior client personnel and risk managers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging confidently with international brokers and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and ability to work autonomously and on own initiative.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Capable of managing multiple priorities, delegating tasks effectively, and meeting tight deadlines and SLAs.
  • Proficient in IT packages, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
