Multi Services Assistant

Salary: £28,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Location: London, WC2A 3LH

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8.5 hour rotational shifts between the hours of 8am and 9pm, including 1 hour break

Work model: Fully onsite

Williams Lea seeks a Multi Services Assistant to join our team!

Purpose of role 

We are looking for a committed and conscientious administrator to join our team in the reprographics office providing exceptional administrative support to our clients. If you have an eye for detail and can work in a fast-paced environment working to tight deadlines this could be your next great move.

You will be working, as part of a team, in the heart of the organisation supporting our client with a wide range of administrative functions. You will be very busy and never bored! Please note, this role will require you to work on a rotational basis, which will include a late shift every 4-6 weeks.

  

Key responsibilities 

  • Delivering an exceptional photocopy, scanning, and printing service
  • Collecting and delivering a multitude and variety of photocopying , scanning and printing jobs from around the office
  • Stationary ordering and delivering to specific areas of the office
  • Maintaining the highest levels of customer service
  • Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering first class customer service will provide an industry-leading service with exceptional standards to the firm
  • Your attitude and adaptability are more important to us than your experience

Personal attributes 

  • Administrative experience is needed for this role
  • Reprographics experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Customer service experience would also be desirable but again not essential
