We are looking for a skilled, talented, resourceful MSP Executive Assistant who can help our growing IT Consulting Company. The ideal candidate would be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, a high degree of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
Meeting Coordination:
• Schedule and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Arrange conference calls and video conferences.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings and presentations.
Travel Management:
• Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order.
• Handle any travel-related issues that may arise.
Project Support:
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the CEO or other executives.
• Conduct research and gather information for projects and reports.
• Track project progress and provide updates to the executive team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in the technology or MSP industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Must have Gen AI/LLM Experience
