The Brand team at Miro is responsible for how the company shows up in the world: from campaigns and product launches to events and social channels. We're a small, collaborative group of creatives who work across the full spectrum of brand expression, partnering closely with product marketing, corporate marketing, and events. We move fast, care deeply about craft, and are increasingly leaning into AI tools to push what's possible.
About the RoleWe're looking for an ambitious, well-rounded Motion Designer to join our Brand team. This person understands that motion design is storytelling - you're not just animating, you're communicating ideas and driving action. You have a point of view on what makes advertising work and how motion can elevate a brand. The right person has great taste, strong 2D animation fundamentals, and can work across the full production process: from storyboarding through editing and sound. You're comfortable working fast and producing at volume. And you're curious about AI content generation tools - not necessarily an expert, but eager to experiment and learn. We're building a campaign right now that's produced entirely with AI, and we need someone who wants to be part of that.

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. The range for this role is:
