Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing our IT infrastructure while supporting end-users. Responsibilities:
- Masterfully manage our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring it hits all the right notes for reliability and performance

- Craft a magnum opus of IT documentation that even Mozart would envy
- Don the cape of a cybersecurity superhero, protecting our digital assets with the ferocity of a thousand firewalls
- Juggle identity and access management like a pro circus performer, ensuring only the right people get into our digital big top
- Immerse yourself with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Slack, turning collaboration into a chart-topping hit
- Fine-tune our VPN networks and endpoint security, creating a symphony of safety
- Be the MacGyver of IT, turning potential risks into opportunities with nothing but a paperclip and your wit
- Ensure our IT practices are so smooth, even our auditors will be impressed
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Modern Desktop, Messaging, Teams, Identity & Access, and Security.
- Knowledge of VPN networks such as Palo Alto - Prisma Cloud and experience with Endpoint Management tools (e.g., Sophos Central).
- Familiarity with Identity Access Management, including MFA tools like PingID
- Understanding of IT security principles, risk management, and best practices.
- Experience managing and administering Atlassian products.
- Experience with iOS/MacOS MDM solutions.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
