Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our successful MINI team. This isn’t just about selling cars, it’s about creating memorable customer experiences, building lasting relationships and bringing the MINI brand to life every single day.

- Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping In regular contact with them about our products always maintaining a customer focused mindset.
- Prospecting new customers by telephone, looking after email contacts and walk-ins.
- Maintaining our state-of-the-art customer contact system with up to date and accurate records.
- Ensure product knowledge is kept up to date and relevant.
- Provide exceptional customer service which leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Operation of the full sales process from initial enquiry through to customer retention
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience - At least 1 year’s automotive sales experience under your belt, demonstrating strong customer interaction, product knowledge, and sales performance.
- Customer-Centric: You put the customer at the heart of every transaction, ensuring they have the best experience possible.
